Report: Celtic to resume talks with PSG over Odsonne Edouard

Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic reportedly want Paris Saint-Germain youngster Odsonne Edouard on a permanent contract in the summer transfer window.

Celtic will resume talks with Paris Saint-Germain over the permanent signing of Odsonne Edouard in the coming days, according to The Scottish Sun.

It has been reported that Celtic have until next Saturday to trigger the option to make the loan deal of Edouard permanent.

The 20-year-old forward moved to the Hoops on a season-long loan deal from PSG in the summer of 2017.

According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic are hopeful that Edouard will agree on a move to the Hoops on a permanent contract.

Excitement for Celtic fans

Edouard is a very good forward who played well for Celtic during the 2017-18 campaign.

As reported by The Scottish Sun, the Frenchman scored 11 goals in 29 games for the Hoops in 2017-18.

The former France Under-19 international is a very talented and promising young forward, and Celtic fans will be excited at the prospect of having the PSG man at Celtic Park in the long run.
