The Premier League club’s director of football Dougie Freedman is claimed to be a big fan of the Scotland international.

The Express has also reported that Armstrong is stalling over a new contract at Celtic, and that bidding over the former Dundee United star’s services is likely to start at more than £4 million.

Good move for Stuart Armstrong?

Palace may have struggled for survival in the Premier League this past season, but the Eagles are a big and ambitious club.

Playing in the top flight of English football is a dream for many footballers, and Armstrong could be tempted by that.

The 26-year-old midfielder, who has scored 28 goals in his career for Celtic as stated on the Glasgow giants’ official website, would be a good signing for the London club, and he could also take his game to another level in the Premier League.
