Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers could break their transfer record if they sign Willian Jose from La Liga outfit Real Sociedad.

Wolverhampton Wanderers appear to be stepping up their pursuit of new players as the summer transfer window gets into full swing.
And the latest player linked with a big-money move to Molineux is one of the most feared attackers in Spanish football – the Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose.

Willian Jose is a 6ft 1ins target man who appears to have the natural physical attributes to succeed in English football. He is not bad in front of goal either, notching a career-best 18 times in all competitions for Real Sociedad in 2017/18.

In fact, he has hit double figures in each of the last four seasons for Sociedad, Las Palmas and Real Zaragoza, and has frightened the life out of countless La Liga defences with his power and thunderous shooting ability.
It is not known how much Wolves have offered for the uncapped Brazilian, who was left out of Tite’s World Cup squad. But, according to the Chronicle, Sociedad demanded £30 million last summer, pricing out both Everton and Newcastle United.
