Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers reportedly want Kyle Bartley at Ibrox, with Leeds United also claimed to be interested in the Swansea City defender.

Steven Gerrard’s Rangers and Paul Heckingbottom’s Leeds United are interested in signing Kyle Bartley in the summer transfer window, according to The Scottish Sun, but it seems that neither the Ibrox club nor the Elland Road outfit are in a rush to secure the services of the Swansea City defender.
According to Wales Online, Swansea are adamant that they have not received any offer for the 26-year-old centre-back, who earns £28,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
Wales Online has also reported that the Swansea have claimed that no club has approached them over a deal for Bartley.

Hurry up
It is still quite early in the summer, but if Rangers and Leeds are keen on Bartley, then they should make a move for the former Arsenal prospect sooner than later.
After all, it is always best to get the summer business done early, especially as more clubs could show interest in the Swansea centre-back in the coming weeks and months.

Negotiations over transfers take time, and it would be wise of Rangers and Leeds to start talks with Swansea over Bartley as soon as possible.
