Everton should consider signing Gerard Deulofeu for a third time, as he looks set to leave Barcelona in the summer.

Football.London have reported how Deulofeu is of interest to Watford, but Everton should consider bringing him back again.

The Toffees did not want to lose Deulofeu in 2017, when he returned to Barca, but the Spanish club activated their buy-back clause leaving the Merseyside club powerless.

However, Deulofeu has failed to make much of an impression back at the Nou Camp, and now looks likely to move on.

The Spaniard spent the back end of last season on loan at Watford, and the Hornets are keen to have him back permanently.

But Everton should give Deulofeu one last chance to make himself a success at Goodison Park.

With Marco Silva seemingly set to arrive at Everton this summer, the Toffees are likely to be playing a style which promotes attacking football and that could help Deulofeu thrive.

The 24-year-old has an abundance of skill and pace, which makes him a nightmare for defenders.

The Barca trickster may still need to work on his end product, but with the added freedom he would be given in a side managed by Silva, he would surely be a great option for the Toffees.

And Everton should certainly consider making a move to re-sign him this summer.
