Newcastle United beat Arsenal 2-1 at St James' Park on Sunday.
Newcastle United made it four Premier League wins in a row on Sunday afternoon, as they claimed a 2-1 victory over Arsenal at St James' Park.
The Magpies had picked up wins over Southampton, Huddersfield Town and Leicester City before facing Arsenal, with fans hopeful of another victory to be extra-sure of Premier League survival.
Arsenal did take the lead though, as Shkodran Mustafi's long ball picked out Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, whose cross was turned home by fellow forward Alexander Lacazette.
However, Newcastle hit back, as DeAndre Yedlin's right-wing delivery was turned home by in-form Ayoze Perez, notching his third goal in as many games.
Newcastle then claimed all three points as Matt Ritchie pounced to score the winner, meaning the Magpies now sit in the top half of the Premier Leageu table.
Fans are understandably delighted with how Rafael Benitez's side are performing right now, and two players showed just how much the win meant to them on Sunday.
Ritchie celebrated right in front of the Newcastle fans in a real show of passion, whilst captain Jamaal Lascelles was clearly ecstatic at the final whistle with his post-match celebrations.
