West Brom are expected to make wholesale changes to their squad this summer once their inevitable relegation from the Premier League is confirmed.

The Baggies expect to lose a number of their key stars who will not want to drop down into the Championship and the club's scouting staff are already looking at players who have experience of playing in the Championship for next season.

Fulham are also in the market for left-back reinforcements with Matt Targett expected to return to Southampton following his loan spell at Craven Cottage, while speculation continues to surround the long-term future of Ryan Sessegnon with a host of the Premier League's top clubs chasing the teenager's signature.

Preston are keen to keep hold of Cunningham with the Republic of Ireland international a key member of Alex Neil's side, but they are bracing themselves for offers this summer.
