Newcastle United are reportedly keen on Galatasaray’s Garry Rodrigues.

According to Turkish newspaper Milliyet, Newcastle United are planning to offer €15million (£13million) for Galatasaray winger Garry Rodrigues, but his agent insists no decision will be made until the summer.
Rodrigues, 27, joined Galatasaray in January 2017 from Greek side PAOK, and has shot to stardom this season with a host of superb performances for the Turkish giants.
The Cape Verde international has now notched six goals and eight assists in the league this season, and his performances have unsurprisingly attracted major interest.

Newcastle United were heavily linked in the January transfer window, and Milliyet now claim that the Magpies are prepared to offer €15million (£13million) for the wide man this summer in a bid to seal a deal.
Possessing blistering pace whilst also proving his end product this season, Rodrigues could be a huge addition to Rafael Benitez’s Newcastle side this summer, but the Magpies will be left hanging.

Rodrigues’ agent Ceylan Caliskan has spoken to Milliyet about the winger’s future, and claims that no decision will be made until the summer transfer window opens.
“We have made a joint decision with Garry,” said Caliskan. “We will definitely not start evaluating transfer offers at this stage. Garry’s head is not supposed to be interfered with, Galatasaray have a goal and he is focused on it,” he added.
In truth, Newcastle’s alleged plan to offer £13million may not be enough to get Galatasaray to consider selling their prized winger, but they now have time to keep watching Rodrigues with his agent putting off any talks until the summer.
