Entertaining match

It was quite an entertaining match on Saturday afternoon, with both sides scoring twice to play out a 2-2 draw.

Jon Dadi Bodvarsson gave Reading the lead in the 16th minute, and Pontus Jansson restored parity for the visiting team on 43 minutes.

Pablo Hernandez put the West Yorkshire outfit in the lead on 56 minutes, only for Eunan O’Kane to score an own goal just two minutes later.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts Reading had 51% of the possession, took 10 shots of which four were on target, and earned 13 corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Leeds had 49% of the possession, took 19 shots of which eight were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.

Leeds fans were superb, as they always are, but they will go home disappointed, knowing that the Whites’ chances of finishing in the playoffs are now pretty much over.
