Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2 at Rochdale on Sunday evening.
Tottenham Hotspur face another FA Cup replay after only managing to draw 2-2 with League One side Rochdale in Sunday's fifth round clash.
After beating Wimbledon 3-0 in the third round, Spurs only drew 1-1 at Newport County before beating them 2-0 in the replay at Wembley Stadium, and they were hoping to avoid similar complications against Rochdale.
However, Mauricio Pochettino's side went behind on the stroke of half time, as Ian Henderson put Rochdale in front, only for new Spurs signing Lucas Moura to hit back with a goal on his first start for the club in the second half.
Harry Kane appeared to have won the game for Tottenham, scoring from the penalty spot after Dele Alli was fouled, but there was a twist in the tale as Steven Davies bagged a late equaliser to make it 2-2.
Rochdale have now earned themselves a replay and a trip to Wembley, whilst Spurs are left to curse adding another game to their already busy schedule, alongside the Premier League and the Champions League.
After the game, Spurs quiet were unsurprisingly quiet on social media, but striker Kane did praise Rochdale whilst also reflecting on playing at Spotland again, having made his debut there back in 2011.
Winger Moura posted a photo of himself in action as he celebrated a dream full debut, and he will now be looking to feature against Crystal Palace next week after such an impressive showing.
