The one-time England international is clearly pleased to be back on the training pitch.
Matt Jarvis of Norwich City
Norwich City have been handed a boost this week, by the return to training of one-time England winger Matt Jarvis.
The 31-year-old wide man, who picked up his one England cap whilst playing for Wolves in 2011, has struggled with fitness ever since joining the Canaries in 2015.
The former West Ham man has suffered with a knee injury since being at Carrow Road and has not featured for Norwich since his loan move from West Ham became permanent in the summer of 2016.

His last appearance for Norwich came in a 3-0 loss at Everton in May 2016. He has tried on a couple of occasions to make a comeback, but has never quite managed to get through the recovery process fully.
Now he is clearly hoping he will be back soon. He posted this tweet earlier today, showing he is back in training and working hard to finally play again for Norwich City:
It’s been extremely tough mentally and physically for me with injury this last year but am buzzing to be back out training with the lads again today! ⚽️ Exciting times ahead! pic.twitter.com/SiIYigkpPd— Matt Jarvis (@MrMattJarvis) February 14, 2018
Jarvis has not yet repaid Norwich for the faith they showed in him and will no doubt be chomping at the bit to get back into first-team action again.
His contract at the club does not expire until 2019, so he has plenty of time to prove himself worthy of more than being a waste of money and time at Norwich City.
