David Moyes, Manager of West Ham United arrives prior to The Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round match between Wigan Athletic and West Ham United on January 27, 2018 in Wigan, United Kingdom.

West Ham United boss David Moyes has told Sky Sports that he has no guarantees over potentially making new signings on transfer deadline day.

The Hammers took on Crystal Palace at the London Stadium on Tuesday evening, and played out a 1-1 draw as Mark Noble's penalty cancelled out Christian Benteke's opener.

It's now just one defeat in the last 10 Premier League games for West Ham, and progress continues under Moyes despite an injury crisis at the club.

With deadline day now upon us, West Ham fans are hoping for more new signings, having so far brought in just the one new face this month having snapped up Joao Mario on loan from Inter Milan last week.

Moyes will be hoping for another midfielder and maybe a striker to come in before Wednesday's transfer deadline, with a host of names linked.

However, West Ham fans may be a little concerned by Moyes' comments to Sky Sports immediately following the draw with Crystal Palace, alluding to the possibility of no signings.

Moyes suggested that whilst West Ham are working hard on one or two deals, he has been given no guarantees that he will be able to add to his squad before the deadline.

“We are working hard to see if we can get a player or two in. I’ve got no guarantees and I’m sure all clubs are saying the same," said Moyes.
