Moussa Dembele is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure at Celtic, and there is little wonder that Everton, Stoke City, Crystal Palace and Brighton and Hove Albion all have been linked with him.

According to The Scottish Sun, Premier League clubs Everton, Stoke, Brighton and Palace all are interested in signing the French striker in the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old, though, has not been in good form this season and is struggling to play to the levels he did during the 2016-17 campaign.

Moussa Dembele of Celtic scores his 3rd goal during the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership match between Celtic and Rangers at Celtic Park on September 10, 2016 in Glasgow.

However, with the injury suffered by fellow striker Leigh Griffiths at the weekend, Dembele will need to step up his game and rise to the occasion.

Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham has given his take on the situation of his teammate, and has suggested that his compatriot Dembele will not leave the Hoops in the January transfer window.

Ntcham told The Scottish Sun about Dembele: “It is not about Leigh now, it is just about Moussa. He is a young player and I think he is feeling good here.

“For me, he is here and he is going to be here until I don’t know when but this season anyway. He is my friend and I believe in him.”

Dembele has been on the books of Celtic since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Fulham, with the Glasgow giants having to pay £400,000 as compensation fee, according to The Scottish Sun.

Ntcham moved to Celtic from Manchester City in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £4.5 million.
