The Crystal Palace winger has been linked with a loan move to Charlton Athletic.

Charlton Athletic manager Karl Robinson has revealed that the club are still working on a deal to sign Crystal Palace winger Sullay Kaikai on loan for the rest of the season.
Kaikai, who can play on either flank or as an attacking midfielder, has been used sparingly by Palace this season as he has made just four appearances across all competitions.
The 22-year-old would offer Charlton a lot in terms of his pace and directness as Robinson’s side aim to secure a place in the League One playoffs.

As reported by London News Online, Robinson said: “We’re still working on it. We know Crystal Palace are waiting to bring in players and we know the player wants to come. It’s just waiting for an answer off Crystal Palace.
“You’re better phoning up Crystal Palace and asking them the likelihood.”

Although his chances at Palace have been very limited, Kaikai has built up a considerable amount of experience during various loan spells, taking in stints with Crawley Town, Cambridge United, Shrewsbury Town and Brentford.
While playing for Shrewsbury two seasons ago Kaikai was hugely impressive as he scored 12 goals in 26 games in League One, and it is clear to see why Charlton are so interested in bringing him in.
Kaikai is approaching the stage in his development where he may have to consider leaving Palace permanently so that he can play regularly elsewhere, but for now a loan spell could be hugely beneficial for him.
