Everton and Crystal Palace have been linked with Ibrahim Amadou of Lille in the January transfer window.
Amadou is a midfielder by trade, but the 24-year-old can also operate as a central defender.
The Toffees are not the only club from England who are claimed to be interested in the former Nancy star, though.
According to The Sun, Crystal Palace, who are struggling for survival in the Premier League at the moment, are also interested in signing the former Nanny star in the January transfer window.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Palace have asked Lille to sign Amadou on loan for the rest of the season.
The report, though, has claimed that the French club have turned down the Eagles’ move for a loan deal, but the London outfit may still try again.
The Sun has claimed that Amadou himself is interested in moving to the Premier League.
