Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Norwich City attacking midfielder James Maddison.

According to The Mirror, Premier League club Tottenham want to sign Maddison from Championship outfit Norwich in the summer of 2018.

It has been reported that Spurs’ Premier League rivals Liverpool and Southampton are also interested in the 21-year-old, who is a very talented and promising young creative footballer.

The report has claimed that Spurs are admirers of the former Coventry City youngster and will look to sign him in the summer of 2018.

According to a recent report in Expesss & Star, Norwich’s Championship rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers - who look set to win promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season - are monitoring Maddison as well.

The attacking midfielder has scored six goals and provided five assists in 22 Championship starts for Norwich so far this season.
