Burnley fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Tottenham Hotspur-owned Georges-Kevin N’Koudou against Crystal Palace.
N’Koudou featured for Burnley in the Premier League game against Palace away from home at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 22-year-old winger did not start the match, but the Frenchman came on as a substitute in the 63rd minute.
The former Marseille youngster played well, and Burnley fans were impressed with the performance of N’Koudou, who joined the Clarets from Tottenham on loan in the January transfer window.
Only bright spark from today was I thought Nkoudou looked lively when he came on— Richard Steele (@Steeley_BFC) January 13, 2018
Vokes was poor today, played much better against city and Barnes was definitely not the issue today although nkoudou needs to start from now after that display when he came on— UTC (@_BFC1882_) January 13, 2018
I beg Dyche does whatever to take Hendrick out of this team whether that's swapping him with defour and Westwood in cm or two up top and making sure nkoudou starts next week. It is very deja vu of last year atm. Got united next week. City soon again. Need results— UTC (@_BFC1882_) January 13, 2018
First half today probably as poor as Burnley have been so far this season, really struggled. Improved after the break, but only one really good chance. Nkoudou bright off the bench though #twitterclarets— Tyrone Marshall (@TyMarshall_LT) January 13, 2018
Hopefully that defeat sees the end of Bardsley. Positives were that Taylor was MOTM and NKoudou looks a player #twitterclarets— James Denson (@OfficialDenno97) January 13, 2018
Nkoudou has started very well. All Burnley at moment. Feel a goal is coming #twitterclarets— Niall (@Crusty_Crouton) January 13, 2018
N’Koudou is a talented and promising young player, but the winger has struggled for playing time at Tottenham.
Spurs fans should be satisfied with the start that the youngster has made at Burnley, and it seems that fans of the Clarets are pleased with his display against Palace.
What is important for N’Koudou now is to try to establish himself in the Burnley starting lineup and play regularly for Sean Dyche’s side.
