Beale, who is the Head of coaching for the foundation phase at Liverpool, was impressed with the performance of Rice for West Ham against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday evening.
The 18-year-old, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, played well for the Hammers in the London derby and helped David Moyes's side pick up a point from the Premier League game courtesy of a 1-1 draw.
Liverpool coach Beale was following the match, and he was impressed with the performance of the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international.
Fantastic to see @_DeclanRice playing so well at Wembley and against a top spurs side. A boy who is obsessed with the game and getting better each day. He thoroughly deserves the praise he is receiving at the moment— Michael Beale (@MichaelBeale) January 4, 2018
Rice is a very talented and promising young player, and it is clear that he has a bright future.
David Moyes is a good manager and knows how to handle young players, and the West Ham boss could make Rice a brilliant footballer.
The Hammers are struggling for survival in the Premier League at the moment.
