West Ham defender Vashon Neufville is a target for a host of Football League clubs on loan during this month’s transfer window, HITC Sport understands.

Neufville is regarded as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from West Ham’s famed youth academy in recent years after joining the club at U11’s level from Chelsea.

Highly-rated left-back Neufville has emerged as a target for several clubs in the Football League after catching the eye for West Ham’s Under-23s.

The 18-year-old established himself as a regular in the Under-23s side last season and he has continued to make progress with West Ham’s second string side this term.

Neufville has yet to make his first-team debut for West Ham, but the club have high hopes for him and feel he is a star in the making at the London Stadium.

The attacking full-back has also represented England at various youth levels including U16s and U17s.

A number of League One sides are understood to have made enquiries to sign Neufville on loan this month and West Ham are weighing up his options.

Neufville is understood to be keen on a loan move away in search of regular first-team football so that he can get more experience under his belt before challenging for a spot in the West Ham first-team next season.
