Sky Sports pundit David Prutton predicted the outcome of Millwall's Championship clash with Wolves on Boxing Day, when writing his regular prediction column for Sky Sports.
The Lions have performed admirably in the Championship this season, after earning promotion from League One last term, and currently sit in 17th spot in the table, although they have won just two of their last 10 league outings.
The Black Country outfit, meanwhile, have been sensational from the very first game of the season, and currently sit comfortably at the top of the tree, seven points clear of second placed Cardiff City.
Prutton predicted the outcome of the Boxing Day clash between Millwall and Wolves, when writing his column for Sky Sports, explaining why he believes Nuno's men will continue their fine run of form:
"Wolves got another narrow win against Ipswich on Saturday and they keep churning out these kind of results. They've now got three 1-0 wins in their last four games and the other one was a goalless draw against Sunderland. But the atmosphere at The Den on Boxing Day is going to be a fantastic and I reckon this is a game that will bring plenty of goals. Millwall are excellent at home but I'm still backing Wolves to edge it."
Prediction: Millwall 2-3 Wolves
The south London outfit can climb as high as 14th in the table with a win over the league leaders, whilst Wolves will be looking to hammer home their advantage at the summit with all three points at the New Den.
The game kicks off on Tuesday at 13:00.
