Tottenham Hotspur were beaten again yesterday, as Manchester City cruised past them.

Tottenham toppled the Spanish giants in Champions League action back in November, but their form since has been poor.
Spurs have won just three of the eight Premier League matches that they have played since getting past Madrid.
And Lampard believes that it could be hard for Spurs to re-find their intensity.

The Chelsea legend said: “They’ve relaxed. They got excited after beating Madrid. It’s hard to turn the switch back on. If you stop playing with intensity, bad things happen.”
Spurs were hammered 4-1 by Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium yesterday, and they never got near the league leaders.

Tottenham made far too many errors to compete, and were guilty of being wasteful when they did have opportunities.
Pochettino’s side have now slipped down to seventh place in the Premier League table, with fears rising that they could struggle to make it into the Champions League qualification spaces this term.
