Celtic fans react to Rangers defeat at Ibrox

Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers lost to St. Johnstone at Ibrox, and Celtic fans are having fun at the expense of the Gers.

Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Rangers’ defeat to St Johnstone at Ibrox.

Rangers suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat to St Johnstone at home in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.

The Gers actually took the lead through Alfredo Morelos in the fifth minute, and it looked like they were going to make it five wins in a row in the Scottish Premiership.

However, Grame Murty’s side lost 3-1, with the visiting team launching a stirring comeback after going a goal down.

Blair Alston, Denny Johnstone and Graham Cummins scored the goals for the visiting team, who deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.

The defeat to Rangers means that Celtic can further extend their lead over their Old Firm rivals on Sunday afternoon when they take on Heart of Midlothian away from home in the Scottish Premiership.

Celtic fans have mocked Rangers for losing to St Johnstone at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.
