Newcastle United are among the possible destinations for Walcott, who is out of favour at Arsenal.

Newcastle United are second favourites to sign Theo Walcott from Arsenal in January with bookmakers, Ladbrokes.
Newcastle have yet to be credited with interest in the out of favour forward, but sit between linked clubs West Ham United [5/4] and Everton [3/1] at 9/4.
Walcott has only appeared three times in the Premier League this season – totalling 46 minutes of football – and not since 1 October.

But according to Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, the 28-year-old – who is under contract until June 2018 – will not be allowed to leave during the winter transfer window.
The Londoners are expected to lose key attackers Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil before their deals expire at the end of the campaign, and selling Walcott could leave them with an extra body to replace.
Even if Walcott was to become available, Newcastle would perhaps struggle to afford him without a proposed takeover of the club going ahead beforehand.

And even then, the Magpies could find it tough to compete with interest from West Ham – another London side – and Everton – resurgent under Walcott’s ex-England boss Sam Allardyce.
