Brighton and Hove Albion are reportedly keen on Celtic's Moussa Dembele.
Celtic striker Moussa Dembele is continually being linked with a move to England – and reports suggest a new contender is in the race for his signature.
The Bhoys have seen Dembele thrive since his bargain move from Fulham in the summer of 2016, having smashed 32 goals in 49 outings under Brendan Rodgers last season.
Dembele has continued his goalscoring exploits this term with eight goals in 14 games for the Bhoys, and speculation now surrounds his future ahead of the January transfer window.
The Daily Mail report that Brighton and Hove Albion want to sign Dembele in an audacious swoop, and are prepared to offer £20million for the French under-21 international, though Celtic are seeking £30million.
Whether the Seagulls can match that valuation remains to be seen, but leaving a Europa League club for a relatively small Premier League side is something that would shock many, given some of the teams who want to sign Dembele.
Brighton fans have taken to Twitter to either shoot down the rumours or rave about the possibility of landing Dembele, suggesting that he would be a 'monster signing' and urged owner Tony Bloom to fund a deal.
Celtic fans are somewhat split; some believe that Dembele is worth much more than £20million and shouldn't even consider joining a club like Brighton, whilst others think that Celtic should take the money and run if £20million is on the table...

20m is nothing in today’s market £30m and then will see but think Dembele will want a bigger club— Brennan Bhoy (@BrennanMatin) December 7, 2017
