Former Manchester United player turned football pundit Paul Ince has predicted a comfortable victory for Manchester City when they take on West Ham on Sunday.

David Moyes’s side will travel to Etihad Stadium to face the in-form Manchester City side who are not only undefeated this season, but have also won 13 of their 14 league games.

In contrast, West Ham are winless in their last seven league games, and haven’t won under their new manager yet.

Needless to say, Pep Guardiola’s side are the clear favourites for this tie, and Ince predicts a 5-0 victory for the home side.

"This could be the first time ever since writing for the Express that I put a double-figures prediction," he wrote in his weekly prediction for the Express.

"But I better not be that horrible to my old team. Besides, you’d hope that they’d shut up shop after losing 4-0 to Everton – but I’m not holding out much hope for West Ham. The way City are playing, it could be anything. I reckon Moyesie might take just the five!"

West Ham are heading into the tie on the back of a demoralizing 4-0 defeat at the hands of Everton, and another big margin defeat could be on the cards on Sunday.

Moyes said in the pre-match press conference that City are not invincible, but given the current form they are in, it is hard to see the Hammers causing an upset.
