Jamie Vardy put the Foxes in the lead after just 13 minutes, and Riyad Mahrez doubled the advantage for the home team in first-half injury time.
Harry Kane scored for Tottenham in the 79th minute, but Leicester managed to pick up all three points from the encounter at the King Power Stadium courtesy of a 2-1 win.

Visitors Tottenham had 63% of the possession, took 18 shots of which eight were on target, and earned nine corners, according to BBC Sport.
