Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez will be mulling over a number of potential changes to his Toon starting line-up ahead of Tuesday night's clash against West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns - and fans want him to start Rolando Aarons.

Benitez's side suffered an abysmal 3-0 loss at St. James' Park to Watford on Saturday despite having home advantage, as Will Hughes, Richarlison and a DeAndre Yedlin own goal saw the Magpies prove powerless in avoiding defeat.

That signals four successive defeats for Benitez's men, after previously losing to Bournemouth, Burnley and Manchester United, making it obvious to fans and pundits alike that the Toon need a new spark from somewhere.

Aarons, 22, has been made to wait by the Spanish boss this season, after recovering from a season-long knee injury that saw him limited to just five appearances in all competitions during the 2016-17 campaign.

However the fleet-footed ace, who is known for his explosive speed, has already scored this time around against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup and came on against Manchester United to feature for 24 minutes of the Toon's 4-1 loss.

Now, Newcastle fans want Benitez to hand the Magpies academy product his first league start of the season and just his 16th career appearance in England's top flight, with one fan claiming he is "very attack-minded".
