Everton fans want Marco Silva after weekend results

Everton are searching for a new manager, and some of the Merseyside club's fans want Marco Silva, who is in charge of Premier League rivals Watford at the moment.

The Toffees are on the hunt for a permanent manager following the departure of Ronald Koeman, who lost his job at Goodison Park due to a run of disappointing results.

David Unsworth is in charge of the Merseyside outfit at the moment, but the team are struggling and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.

Everton suffered yet another heavy defeat at the weekend, going down 4-1 to Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

As for Watford, the Hornets hammered Newcastle United 3-0 away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

According to The Sun, Watford want to appoint Silva as their manager, and it seems that some Everton fans want the Portuguese as well.
