Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Josh Windass against Dundee.
Windass featured for Rangers in the Scottish Premiership game against Dundee away from home at Dens Park on Friday evening.
The 23-year-old midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Graeme Murty’s side lost 2-1.
The former Accrington Stanley midfielder scored for the Gers in the 70th minute, but Rangers fans were not impressed with his overall performance, as shown in the comments below.
Without picking on windass, hes the living embodiment of whats wrong with Rangers players rn. Lazy, inconsistent, noncey and more concerned about banter with the lads and their hair than getting results.— de boer in now. (@WatpJack) November 25, 2017
I can’t disagree with that but atleast give them a chance. How many games have Pena and Herrera started, they play 15/20 minutes how can they impact games within that time. Players like Windass shouldn’t be at rangers— Dylan Laing (@DylanLaing) November 25, 2017
Sorry cj but what clear cut chances did you see Morelos miss today? Also maybe we didn’t play the same way in the second because Herrera just isn’t as good. Windass is simply not good enough to be a rangers player. Holt playing at his level after playing above it recently— John Jamieson (@jaj9soccer) November 24, 2017
We will never challenge Celtic, let alone finish second with players like Wilson, Holt, Windass, Miller, Herrera, Hodson etc on the park, none of them could get a game for Aberdeen never mind playing for Rangers— Vintage Rangers Shirts (@RangersShirts) November 24, 2017
Holt Miller Candeias Tav Windass Herrera brutal!! I do not doubt King and Cos intentions...but i doubt whether they are the right people to lead us forward! Everything they do is amateur and lacks anything beffiting of Rangers FC! Warburtonesque tonight— Scott G (@scottgray91) November 24, 2017
We need to get rid of garbage like Wilson, Holt and Windass. They’re simply not Rangers class and are dragging the rest of the team down. The wood is dead - burn it— G (@garryhood1872) November 24, 2017
