Tottenham will take on West Brom at home in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Spurs will head into the match at the Wembley Stadium in London on the back of a 2-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund away from home in Germany in the Champions League.
West Brom are struggling at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
The Baggies are yet to appoint a permanent successor to Tony Pulis, and Owen believes that they will lose to Spurs.
“Spurs disappointed at the Emirates last weekend, but they were back to their best when coming from behind to win in Germany midweek and they have dome tremendously well to top a Champions League Group that contained holders Real Madrid and Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
“West Brom are looking for a new manager following the departure of Tony Pulis earlier in the week and it will be interesting to see if the Albion Board go for a manager who will play a more expansive game given the Baggies scored only 105 goals in 106 games under Pulis.
“Harry Kane scored a hat-trick in this corresponding fixture last season and I expect Spurs to have a comfortable afternoon at Wembley.”
Tottenham have a far better team than West Brom do, and it is hard to see the Baggies win against the North London outfit.
Spurs have settled in at the Wembley Stadium, and given the way they bounced back from last weekend’s defeat to Arsenal in the North London derby, they should be able to win against West Brom with ease.
