Erik Lamela has failed to feature for Tottenham since October 2016.
The 25-year-old winger has failed to feature for Tottenham since October 2016 after injuring his hip in a Carabao Cup match against Liverpool, which has since seen him undergo surgery.
The former Roma star went under the knife in April to correct the problem in his left hip, before a similar operation took place on his right hip.
Tottenham fans will be delighted to see the fleet-footed winger taking part in a vigorous workout, captured by Alli on his personal Instagram account, as their number 11 continues to work towards a return to first-team football.
Since joining Spurs in 2013 for what was then a club-record deal, Lamela has made 121 appearances in all competitions for the north Londoners, scoring 19 goals and laying on 31 assists.
A forgotten man in the Tottenham side and not even named in Pochettino's Champions League squad, Lamela still has three years remaining on his contract at Spurs.
