The Liverpool defender made his England bow from the bench on Friday.
Liverpool's Joe Gomez makes his full England debut against Brazil at Wembley.
Manager Gareth Southgate named one of the most inexperienced England squads of recent times, as he seeks to instill some fearlessness ahead of next summer's World Cup in Russia.
Five players, Jordan Pickford (Everton), Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Crystal Palace, on loan from Chelsea), Tammy Abraham (Swansea City, on loan from Chelsea), Gomez and Jack Cork (Burnley) made their debuts during Friday's draw against Germany.
And three more, Lewis Cook (Bournemouth), Angus Gunn (Norwich City, on loan from Manchester City) and Gomez's Liverpool teammate Dominic Solanke could follow this evening, after being named on the bench.
The visitors name Premier League duo Philippe Coutinho (also Liverpool) and Gabriel Jesus (Manchester City) in their starting lineup, along with familiar faces such a Dani Alves, Neymar and Paulinho, the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder.
