Tottenham Hotspur will return to action next weekend when they take on Arsenal away from home in the North London derby.

Spurs will head into the Premier League match at the Emirates Stadium on the back of a 1-0 victory over London rivals Crystal Palace at the Wembley Stadium in the Premier League.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are in good form at the moment and will head into the game against bitter rivals Arsenal on Saturday afternoon with confidence.

Although the match is at the Emirates, Spurs will be confident of picking up at least a point.

Spurs boss Pochettino recently told The Daily Mail that star striker Harry Kane will be available for the North London derby.

Kane had to pull out of the England squad for the friendly international matches against Germany and Brazil due to injury.

Former Arsenal attacking midfielder Paul Merson believes that having the England international striker fresh for the match will be an advantage for Spurs.

Merson said on the Sky Sports Daily show on Sky Sports News on Friday morning (11:25am, November 10, 2017): “Big advantage, Tottenham, big advantage.

“Harry Kane’s not going to play in the next two games, he is going to get fit. He is going to be ready for this game.

“He is probably going to be the freshest player on the pitch, so for me that is a massive advantage for them.”
