Neville Southall responds when asked if he'd have David Moyes back at Everton

Neville Southall has suggested that he would not bring David Moyes back to Everton, if Ronald Koeman leaves Goodison Park.

Everton boss Koeman has come under pressure recently, after what has been a terrible start to the campaign for his side.

The Toffees are currently sat in 16th place in the Premier League table, and their performances have been well below par.

Everton owner Farhad Moshiri has recently spoken out in support of Koeman, but he is still among the bookies’ favourites to be the next top flight boss to lose his job.

If Koeman does leave, Moyes could well be touted as a potential successor for the Dutchman at Goodison Park.

Moyes has been Everton’s most successful manager of recent times, and he is currently out of work.

But Southall believes that Everton will need someone with a more lively personality to replace Koeman, if the former Southampton boss is dismissed.
