Tottenham Hotspur could welcome Erik Lamela and Danny Rose back to first team action soon.

Danny Rose of Tottenham Hotspur warms up prior to the Premier League match between Sunderland and Tottenham Hotspur at Stadium of Light on January 31, 2017 in Sunderland, England.

Tottenham Hotspur's players are returning from international duty, and are buy preparing for this weekend's game against Bournemouth.

The likes of Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Kieran Trippier and Eric Dier were all in training today, having enjoyed their international breaks with England and Denmark.

Now, the focus turns to this weekend's game with Bournemouth, as Spurs look to continue their fine Premier League form, but also rectify their issues at Wembley Stadium.

Tottenham went into the international break having beaten Huddersfield Town 4-0 to keep up their 100% away record, but at their temporary home of Wembley, Spurs have taken just two points in three games.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino will hope for all three points against Bournemouth, and he has been offered something of a boost ahead of that game as two players have been in first-team training today.

Tottenham's official Twitter account posted out a photo from training earlier this afternoon, and fans noticed that both Erik Lamela and Danny Rose were present.

Lamela has been out since last October with an ongoing hip problem, whilst Rose suffered a knee injury away at Sunderland back in January, and hasn't been seen in a Spurs shirt since.

Now though, both players appear to be stepping up their returns to action, and whilst today may have only been a light session after the international break, the pair would boost Pochettino's squad.

Tottenham fans spotted both players in the photo and offered excited reactions on Twitter, with many joking that they can't quite believe they're seeing both players train again after so long out of action.
