Former Rangers defender Michael Ball has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Everton’s defeat to Burnley at the weekend.

Everton’s poor run of form continued, as they went down 1-0 to Burnley at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Jeff Hendrick’s goal in the 21st minute proved to be the difference between the two teams.

Former Everton left-back Ball, 37, was following the match, and he was far from impressed with the final result.

Kevin Campbell, who was on the books of the Toffees from 1999 to 2005, has also taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat to Burnley.

Everton’s performance against Burnley was hugely disappointing, and losing at Goodison Park to a team that could struggle for survival in the Premier League must be hugely disappointing.
