Liverpool fans are impressed with the performance of Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.

Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Mario Lemina for Southampton against Crystal Palace this weekend.

Lemina featured for Southampton in the Premier League game against Palace away from home at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.

The 24-year-old midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Saints won 1-0.

The Gabon international was one of the best players on the pitch at Selhurst Park and was a key factor on the win for the Saints.

Liverpool fans were impressed with the performance of Lemina for Southampton against Palace, and want the Reds to sign him.

The midfielder joined Southampton from Italian giants Juventus in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £18.1 million.

Over the years, Liverpool have signed a number of players from the Saints, including Adam Lallana, Sadio Mane, Dejan Lovren and Nathaniel Clyne.
