Liverpool's Yan Dhanda scored a big goal at the weekend, and if he carries on producing, Leeds should take a second look.

Liverpool talent Yan Dhanda remained at the club this summer despite being linked with a move to Leeds in the recent transfer window.

The Mail reported the Whites were eyeing a loan deal for the talented winger.

Dhanda is highly rated but Leeds did not see fit to push with a deal having already brought in wingers Hadi Sacko, Ezgjan Alioski.

Alioski has been a real success but Sacko is struggling to get a place on the bench each week.

At the weekend Dhanda scored a terrific goal for Liverpool's under-23s which further boosts his profile.

Dhanda spoke after the game to Liverpool's website commenting that he was finding the step up from under-23 football from under-18s tougher physically but believes it is paying off.

This underlines that Championship switch might have been too soon, but as he keeps picking up valuable game time for the under-23s between now and January, he could quickly become ready.

If Hadi Sacko cannot prove himself valuable at Leeds between now and the next transfer window - he has played just five league minutes - then Dhanda could become the extra game changer the Whites need as they seek to push on with a promotion winning campaign.
