West Ham United defender Angleo Ogbonna has been trying his best to put a positive spin on things but it didn't quite work out.
The Hammers are a club in crisis with defeats in each of their opening three Premier League games leaving them propping up the table with a minus eight goal difference.
Speculation is rife that Slaven Bilic's job is on the line while supporters are planning protests against owners David Sullivan and David Gold during the crucial first home game of the season against Huddersfield on Monday night.
Indeed many reports claim defeat in that game could well spell the end for Bilic with everything from transfers to tactics and training being blamed by fans and pundits for the recent demise of the East Londoners.
Fans' frustration has been building and that was evident on Twitter this week if the reaction to Angelo Ogbonna's post is anything to go by.
The Italian centre back posted a video of himself involved in various aspects of training saying: "Training hard with the lads. Only way to reverse the course. Come On You Irons."
But his attempt at some much-needed positivity backfired as West Ham fans lined up to mock the training.
Reminds me of my Sunday league training only less intense
