Divock Origi joined VfL Wolfsburg on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Divock Origi.

Origi has left Liverpool for VfL Wolfsburg in the summer transfer window. The 22-year-old striker has moved to the German club on a season-long loan deal on transfer deadline day.

According to Sky Sports, Wolfsburg will pay Premier League outfit Liverpool a loan fee in the region of £6 million for the services of the Belgium international.

It has also been reported that the Bundesliga outfit are also going to cover the youngster’s wages for the 2017-18 campaign.

Origi joined Liverpool from Lille in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £10 million and was immediately sent out on loan to the French club for the 2014-15 campaign.

The Belgium international striker has failed to establish himself in the Liverpool starting lineup for the past two seasons.

Mignolet, who joined Liverpool from Sunderland in the summer of 2013 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £9 million, has taken to Twitter to send a message to Origi.
