Neither has kicked a ball for Arsenal so far this season, but for different reasons.
The French defender was suspended after picking up a red card in the FA Cup final win over Chelsea back in May, whereas Sanchez returned to pre-season training late after representing Chile during the summer.
The South American superstar has been the subject of intense speculation, with The Daily Star reporting that Manchester City are optimistic of a £75 million deal.
Nevertheless, Arsenal boss Wenger has suggested to The Daily Mail that he is ready to play for the North Londoners on Sunday in spite of the speculation.
"The early team news is that Koscielny is back for selection and Sanchez has worked very hard to be back again and he is available as well," he said.
"He is working hard, is focused and is giving everything. It's always difficult to stop him. He looks ready, he's not played for a long time. I have to decide what to do with him, but he's ready to play."
Sanchez is out of contract at Arsenal next summer and getting him to agree a new deal would be undoubtedly their biggest signing of the summer.
The former Barcelona man has been nothing short of phenomenal for the Emirates Stadium club since joining three years ago.
