Liverpool are unwilling to sell Emre Can to Juventus this summer.

Liverpool reportedly are steadfast in their decision to not allow Emre Can to leave the club this summer despite strong interest from Euro giants Juventus.

According to reports from The Mirror, Juventus are lining up a £23m bid for the Liverpool midfielder, but the Reds are adamant that the German midfielder won’t be sold this summer.

The 23-year-old German joined the Reds in 2014 from Bayer Leverkusen and has established himself as one of the key players for Jurgen Klopp’s side.

The former Bayern Munich midfielder has only a year left on his contract at Anfield, and he is yet to sign a new deal at the club.

Can is reportedly demanding a wage package of around £100,000 per week, but Anfield sources have told the Mirror that his other demands have made negotiations stall.

The Reds are concerned that they might lose Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona this summer, and therefore doesn’t want to lose Can.

Liverpool would prefer to lose him for nothing next summer than cash in on him now.
