Walker-Peters was stepping in for Kieran Trippier at right-back, who was injured against Juventus.
A big test awaits Walker-Peters next week if Trippier does not recover in time, when Spurs host Chelsea at Wembley.
Walker-Peters did feature at Wembley against Juventus last week so the experience won't be completely new to him, and he will be full of confidence if called upon.
Tottenham may have unearthed another gem.
