Manchester United are said to be considering swapping Luke Shaw for Tottenham Hotspur's Danny Rose.

According to a report in The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has doubts over swapping Manchester United’s Luke Shaw for Danny Rose.

Pochettino and Shaw have a good relationship, from their time working at Southampton together.

However, the Argentine boss is said to have some concerns over the United’s defender’s fitness levels nowadays.

Shaw has struggled to stay off the treatment table at Old Trafford recently, and Pochettino has his doubts over bringing the England international to Spurs.

United are said to be considering offering Shaw to Spurs in a potential swap deal for Danny Rose.

Rose has sparked rumours that he could leave after giving a controversial interview to The Sun, where he suggested he was not being paid enough money by Tottenham.

Tottenham are said by Sky Sports to want to keep hold of Rose, but United and Chelsea have both been alerted to the defender’s potential availability.
