Former Tottenham Hotspur chairman Lord Sugar has labelled Danny Rose a "bloody idiot" on Twitter after the left-back's recently apology.
The 27-year-old made negative headlines this week following an explosive interview in which he urged Tottenham to spend money and revealed he'd be open to offers.
As a result, Rose, who according to The Sun was applauded by his Spurs team-mates for his honesty, was fined two weeks wages and might now be sold by the Lilywhites.
The England international apologised via his Base Soocer representatives, saying: “Having had time to consider my actions, I acknowledge now that the timing and manner of what I said was ill-judged.
“My words were not meant to offend and for that i would like to apologise to the chairman, manager, my team mates and the fans."
But the apology doesn't wash with the former Tottenham supremo, who ripped into Rose for "upsetting the cart" ahead of the club's Premier League opener with Newcastle United on Sunday.
