Sheffield United want to re-sign their former loan star from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Conor Coady will not be joining Sheffield United, Wolverhampton Wanderers fans say.
United boss Chris Wilder confirmed his side had placed a bid for the former Bramall Lane loan star on Wednesday, but reports say the offer was turned down by Wolves.

Coady began the summer as one of several whose Molineux future appeared to be uncertain, following the appointment of Nuno Espirito Santo as manager and ensuing recruitment drive.
But the 24-year-old pre-season displays appear to have fired him to the forefront of Nuno’s plans, and he was even handed the captain’s armband for Saturday’s opening day win against Middlesbrough.
While his contract may only have 10 months left to run, most Wolves fans are confident of keeping Coady out of Sheffield United’s clutches – unless they return with a bid which is too good to refuse.
Nevertheless, some feel that had the Blades come in sooner, the former Liverpool man may already be at Bramall Lane.
