Danny Mills expects Manchester United to win the league, while Liverpool and Spurs must scrap simply to earn a Champions League spot.
Danny Mills has told SkySports he expects Manchester United to win the Premier League this season.
The Red Devils have invested smartly in this transfer window into the spine of their team, buying Romelu Lukaku, Nemanja Matic and Victor Lindelof.
Asked to pick his top four, Mills told SkySports’ Morning View on 8/8 at 10.30am that he believes Jose Mourinho’s side will be celebrating in May.
He said: “I believe it will be Manchester United, then City, and Chelsea.
“Liverpool in fourth, may be Tottenham.”

Mills added that he felt Arsenal will struggle and he believes they are likely to sell star man Alexis Sanchez before the transfer window closes.
He said: “If you take Sanchez out of that side, they drop down in my opinion to sixth or seventh in the table.
“Even if you keep him with a year to go, he’ll be thinking ‘I don’t want to get injured, am I going to play absolutely full-tilt every game?'”

Tottenham finished in second place last season, and Mills added that he felt they are two or three signings short, with their squad depth set to be tested.
Liverpool finished in fourth and are battling to hang onto star man Philippe Coutinho amid interest from Barcelona.
Chelsea won the title last season but did not have to balance their domestic efforts with any European football, and star striker Diego Costa has been ostracised by manager Antonio Conte.
