Arsenal are seemingly closing in on the Monaco star.
The French winger has been linked with the Gunners for much of the summer transfer window but an £80 million price-tag is said to have deterred Arsene Wenger.
However, Arsenal, according to The Sun, will sign the 21-year-old - whom the same publication claims has already agreed personal terms with the North Londoners - for £45 million.
The report goes on to claim that Monaco were hoping that their £80 million valuation would scare off potential suitors en route to him staying in the Principality and increasing his value next season.
The 21-year-old could become Wenger's third summer signing, after a £52 million capture of Alexandre Lacazette, while Sead Kolasinac arrived on a free transfer.
Arsenal kick off the Premier League season with a clash with Leicester City on August 11.
