West Ham United are said to be open to the winger's departure, with Newcastle United, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds United and Norwich City ready to take him off their hands.

West Ham United are ready to cut their losses on Robert Snodgrass, who is interesting Premier League sides Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion as well as two former clubs, Leeds United and Norwich City, according to Football.London.

Snodgrass moved to West Ham for £10 million in January, having started last season at Hull City, but the Hammers' anticipated capture of Stoke City's Marko Arnautovic has thrown his future at the London Stadium into question.

And Football.London reports that West Ham are open to the sale of Snodgrass, whose departure could precede an announcement on Arnautovic, with Slaven Bilic's side hoping to use the Scot's sale to part fund his £24 million arrival.

West Ham's best chance of finding a buyer for Snodgrass would be through either Newcastle or Brighton, with Leeds and Norwich likely to have to break the bank if they are to get close to affording both his transfer fee and wages - which are £40,000 a week according to The Daily Star.

A move to either Newcastle or Brighton would provide Snodgrass with another chance to impress at Premier League level, though from a romantic point of view, returns to Leeds and Norwich could appeal to the 29-year-old.
