Brentford have agreed a deal for highly-rated Exeter City star Ollie Watkins HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Talks are understood to be at an advanced stage between both clubs as Brentford look to bring the exciting forward to Griffin Park.
Brentford have held a long-term interest in Watkins and tried to sign the attacker during the January transfer window, but Exeter managed to keep hold of the player.

Watkins is regarded as one the best young players in the Football League after impressing at Exeter during the last couple of seasons.
Watkins scored 16 goals for Exeter in all competitions last season, finishing as the club’s second top goalscorer and he was named EFL Young Player of the Season.
Exeter have been bracing themselves for interest in Watkins this summer after their failure to win promotion to League One, but the Grecians are keen to get value for money for their prize asset.
A number of Premier League and Championship clubs have been tracking Watkins, but Brentford are in pole position to secure the signature of the talented forward.
Brentford are in the market for striking reinforcements and landing Watkins would be something of a coup for the Bees.
